How long does it take for my physical products to arrive?
Usually between 6-15 days. Click here if you are waiting longer than 17 days, and fill in the form. After sending the form we will track your order for you.
Can I get a refund?
We have a no-refund policy for subscriptions. We only make exception for those who have a duplicate subscription. Click here to let us if this situation applies to you.
Can I cancel the order of a physical product.
Usually orders are shipped within 24 hours. If the product is shipped out it's not possible for us to cancel your order anymore. If you are within the 24 hours click here to send us a message and we will look if we still can cancel the order for you before it's being shipped out.
